- Item: 50" screen on moveable stand with HDMI cable
- Cost: £300 +VAT PER DAY
- Details: Cost covers set-up on 30th June.

Pre-Event Additional Information
LeadGen (complimentary)
At present we are offering access to our LeadGen platform, Entegy, on a complimentary basis. More details on how to set these up will be sent a couple of days before the event.
30 Second Ad Information
You have a 30-second advert included in your contract. Please send an MP4 version by Friday 26 June; it will be played in a communal area by our onsite AV team.
Seat Drop Information
You have a seat-drop included in your contract, which will take place either on the morning of Day 1 or ahead of your session. Please provide 100 copies of your materials, either brought with you or shipped in advance, and hand them to a Corinium staff member, who will manage the seat-drop for you.
Prize Draw Information
During the drinks reception at the end of the program, we will hold a prize draw featuring items provided by our sponsors. Attendees will receive a drawcard and must collect stamps from at least 50% of exhibitors to enter, helping encourage booth traffic. Exhibitors should be available during the reception to present their prizes to the winners, who must be present to claim them. Please confirm your prize by Friday 26th June.

Exhibitor Setup, Schedule, and Teardown
The standard space-only stand package includes:
- 2m x 2m Floor Space
- 1 x rectangular table with generic black table cloth (we recommend sponsors to bring their own branded tablecloth for extra impact)
- 2 x chairs
- Access to power (please bring a PAT tested extension cable with you with correct UK plug)
- Access to complimentary Wi-Fi.
If you have specific requests for tabletop setup, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Please ensure that all materials and displays remain within the designated space and do not exceed a height of 2 meters.
Setup:
Tuesday 30th June 2026
Exhibitors may access their booths for setup between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.
All stands must be fully set up and ready by 8:00am for the arrival of conference delegates.

Networking Reception & Prize Draw: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Teardown:
Wednesday 1st July 2026
Exhibitors are to teardown their stands at the end of the event once the Networking Reception concludes.
Please note: Exhibitors are responsible for both the setup and breakdown of their own booths and must vacate the venue by 7:30pm.
Health & Safety Policy
We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all attendees, staff, and partners. All event sponsors are required to review and adhere to our Health and Safety Policy. By participating in this event, sponsors acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all relevant health and safety requirements and to ensure their representatives act in accordance with these guidelines at all times.
🌳 ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY EVENTS 🌳
Corinium is working hard to ensure that our events are as environmentally friendly as possible. We aim to reduce overall waste on-site at events over the coming years and are working closely with venues to do our part for the environment. We ask that our sponsors do the same.
Please consider your stand set-up and items/merchandise on-site at the event and where possible opt for the more environmentally friendly option i.e., re-use banners/signage, opt for non-plastic giveaways etc.
Please kindly make sure to arrange collection of any bulk or non-recyclable items like pop-up banners after the event as unfortunately we do not have onsite facilities to recycle these. If you choose to leave these items onsite, there will be a waste collection charge of £200+ vat. charged directly to you by the venue.
Shipping Information
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Please include a pre-paid return shipping label in your original package.

After the event, your team is responsible for packing up your exhibit. Extra packing tape will be available onsite to help seal outgoing packages.

Place sealed, labeled return shipments on your exhibit table after the event and notify a member of Corinium Staff before you vacate the venue.

Sponsors are responsible for arranging pickup and providing return shipping labels. All return shipments must be scheduled no later than 3rd July, two business days after the event.
